Perfumes and Colognes
The strength and duration of a scent is rated according to the concentration of fragrance materials in an oil, alcohol and water base. You can create your own perfume or cologne, using essential oils as well as fragrance oils. The products aromatic longevity will be determined by the compositions concentration.
